Due to its location on a growing street, the project will form a gateway between an existing residential and commercial urban fabric. With this in mind, two “service-use” spaces are created at the ground level in order to give back to the blooming community. Internal program spaces are created to give a space back to the building for the users to collaborate and innovate. The windows are set with-in a collection of 12’-0” modular panels. The identities of modules vary based on the activity of the spaces they clad: living room, bedroom, etc. All of these elements work to create a textured community minded façade, while reduce the mass on an otherwise block-like building.
